Euro Carbon Wheel ships premium aftermarket carbon fiber steering wheels throughout the United States and internationally. Many of our products are built to order, so total delivery time includes both production time and shipping transit time.
By placing an order with Euro Carbon Wheel, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Euro Carbon Wheel is an independent aftermarket company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or automotive brand.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted domestic and international shipping carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, and similar logistics providers. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination, package size, and operational availability.
All shipping and delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Order Processing & Production Time
Most Euro Carbon Wheel products are custom-built to order.
Orders generally require approximately 10 business days for production, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation before dispatch.
Production timelines may vary depending on customization options, including but not limited to:
- Carbon fiber weave or finish
- Stitching color and material
- LED display configurations
- Heated steering functionality
- Custom trim or accent selections
Production times may also be extended during holidays, peak seasons, supply chain disruptions, or periods of increased order volume.
Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin once the order has completed production and has been shipped.
United States Orders
- Approximately 10 business days production time
- Approximately 7–10 business days shipping transit time
International Orders
- Approximately 10 business days production time
- Approximately 7–10 business days international shipping transit time depending on destination and customs processing
International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs clearance procedures, import inspections, local carrier handling, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.
Please allow carrier systems time to update tracking activity after dispatch. Some international shipments may not display tracking updates until the package reaches a regional facility or clears customs.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping services apply only to carrier transit time after shipment.
Expedited shipping does not reduce or eliminate production, customization, or processing times.
Shipping Rates
- Orders over $499 USD may qualify for complimentary standard shipping within eligible regions.
- Orders under $499 USD are subject to a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to standard shipping services unless otherwise stated.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or additional charges imposed by their country’s customs authority.
Euro Carbon Wheel is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier and marked as delivered, Euro Carbon Wheel is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
Customers are encouraged to select signature confirmation or shipping insurance for high-value purchases where available.
Any shipping claims must be submitted directly with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Euro Carbon Wheel is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
